1️⃣ No Deposit, No Appointment
👉 A $50 non-refundable deposit is required before booking. Please make your deposit before calling for an appointment.

2️⃣ Come Alone 🚫👥
For comfort and safety, no extra guests are allowed in the salon. This includes kids, spouses, friends, or anyone else not being serviced.

3️⃣ Braiding Hair Included 🎀
All prices include braiding hair (except for Bohemian human hair, which must be provided separately).

4️⃣ Rescheduling & Cancellations 📅

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 36 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations = No Refund. Please plan carefully.

5️⃣ No Refund Policy 🚫💵
Please check and confirm you love your hair before leaving the salon. Once you leave, we cannot issue refunds.

6️⃣ Hair Type Consultations ✂️
If your hair is extra short, extra long, or very thick, please visit us for an in-person consultation before booking.

7️⃣ Different Hair Textures 🌍
Clients with European, Caucasian, or Asian hair types must consult in person before booking, to ensure proper styling methods.

8️⃣ Payments 💳💵

All payments must be completed before leaving the salon. Cash is preferred for final payments.

9️⃣ Kids’ Appointments 👧🏽👦🏽

Prices are the same for clients 10 years and older. To book for younger kids, please call 📞 770-539-5552 for a consultation.

Enjoy free WiFi and fresh water during your visit. If you use your phone, please connect with earphones to maintain a calm environment.
