Please confirm your delivery address and phone number before placing your order. Bella Bloom is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / Re-delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review and arrange a replacement where applicable.
